Depends on the district. Around here most schools are starting mid-week this week, although one is waiting till Monday. Most of them I am familiar with usually start one - one and a half weeks before Labor Day. I'm assuming it coincides with the beginning of HS football season/building up school spirit.

Yes, he is ....sigh. Gives me a big ol' grin with those missing teeth of his. :lol: Definitely looks like a jack o'lantern now.

Oh, we decided Abby won't be doing the contact thing. Far too traumatic for all concerned. She just isn't comfortable dealing with her eyes - but that may change when she's a little older.
