this looks like one of the safety systems for buzz lightyear, dark rides such as hm, tta & apparently buzz have one so that if a guests attempts to get out of the ride vechicle it stops the ride & alerts a cm to the troubled spot so they can investigate the problem. seems it has a few uses according to the diff colored lights on the display.

Thanks for the help. Got it to post but obviously it is A LOT smaller than the original pic lol. It seems normal size on my community webshots, I must have done somethign wrong
