Guest Relations is frontline O&T, don't expect anything over 10 an hour. Front line leaders vary by segment, O&T leaders are more. Do you know what area of leadership you're looking into?

Im new(again) to the company
I did the college program years ago. Went back and graduated from college, did 4 years customer service, got my masters in Marketing, did 3 years at a marketing job. Now im back in florida and of course a career in Disney would be amazing but I'm just trying to get hold of where I may fit in the future with more disney experience and what the possibilities are.
I grabbed a part time weekend job at disney when I got here right away in ride operations just to have an iside look and gain more experience
We will see what happens.
It of course is a who you know and when you know them type of company, so maybe I will catch a break, you never know.

I think it's now $6.67 and Quick Service Food and Beverage is $7.17!

yes, CPs make $6.67, QSR kids and some of the entertainment folks get premiums. CPs, to the best of my knowledge have always, and will always make minimum wage.
