Hello all - I'm writing a paper, and thus looking for examples of times Disney World and Disneyland have been parodied or the source of criticism... for example, that song "Dizz Knee Land," the Tragic Kindom reference on the No Doubt album, or the new copycat theme park that opened in Japan. All help would be appreciated. Thank you!

The Japanese park is Nara Dreamland...do a search for that.

There is also the park in China with the characters that look just like Disney Characters.

If you search these forums, I'm sure you'll find even more things.

Johnny

P.S. Don't forget Universal's tries at mimicking Disney.

Shrek is a BIG Disney parody. Especially when they get to Dulak.

An example of plight in the media is the recent Tigger incident. When the family said he slugged their kid it was all over Fox News but when he was exhonerated it was never mentioned.:brick:
