So - for anyone here, what do you think about this:

Our flight leaves at 6:30 a.m. Sat. morning. We live about 45 min. - 1 hr. away from the airport. We're probably going to be getting up around 4:00 to head for the airport. It's about a two hour flight I believe. DH will probably be able to snooze a bit on the plane, I'm not usually able to. We arrive around 9:30 eastern time.

DH picked Epcot as the first park he wants to go to - thinking starting with MK might give him super high expectations for the rest that might not be met. So after getting to POFQ and checking in, I imagine we would be able to head out to the TTC by noon? I wanted to take him here first so we could at least ride the MK/resort monorail around once so he could get a "taste" of the MK. Then we'd hop off and take the Epcot monorail - I thoguht seeing SSE this way would be more impressive.

We'd ride SSE and probably the Crush/Nemo ride (I haven't even ridden that one yet) and maybe do a few other things. Leave by 4:00 p.m. maybe? Get back to the hotel and either lay around the pool for a bit or take a quick nap. Then freshen up and leave at 6:30 for our 7:30 ressies at Boma. Stay for dinner and the night vision veiwing of the animals. Be back to the room around 10:15 and go right to bed. Wake up at hit MK the next morning.

Think we'll be able to make it? Think we planned that ok? I'm open to suggestions (except "don't go to Epcot" from Vince)

Yes! I finished packing last night. Just have tothrow the hair dryer in Friday morning!
and you?
Not really at all. I have my park bag packed - crystal light, small sun block, lanyards, etc. But not the main bag. I haven't even had time to make my list yet. :(

If Epcot is his first park, you may scar him for life.

That sounds good Kat - we'll be in Epcot Saturday too! We'll probably be there all day - we have reservations for behind the Seeds at 11:15 and dinner at Rose & Crown for 7:50 (hopefully we'll stay for Illuminations- it's my favorite!

Oh that reminds me! We'll have to at least stop by Mexico to see if there's anything special for Cinco de Mayo.

Random question - do you have a photo of yourself - just so I would at least know if I bumped into you? You saw the one I posted of me yesterday, right? (There's also one in my profile, but I don't usually look that pretty... :lookaroun ... and my hair is now darker:lol: ) But if you see a couple looking that the one in my profile pic that's us. Hubby's smooth southern accent is a giveaway as well!

Hi again - tried to call Dining around 9 and they said they're experiencing a high volume of calls, so I'm trying later after lunch. I've spent the morning shredding receipts and sorting paperwork for files, and I haven't even approached the PTG stuff yet. :hammer: :hammer:

Hi Jenn! They're probably pretty busy because today is the first day for ordering special events tickets. Just keep trying....
