AKL concierge room location...

We've reserved a standard concierge room at AKL. From this forum, I understand that the concierge rooms are on multiple levels. Does anyone know if the standard rooms are on the same level as the concierge lounge? It seems that these rooms are not facing the main large savannah, so alternatively, are there any rooms that you can see any of the fireworks displays from?

We haven't stayed concierge at AKL (or any resort, for that matter) but from my understanding, the concierge rooms are on the upper floors, 5-6. From my understanding, there is no where at AKL where you can observe any of the fireworks. You are too far from MK and Epcot.

There are no standard rooms on the concierge floor (6th). Only those guests with a reservation can get on the 6th floor (your keycard must be used in the elevator to stop there).

You can not see any fireworks from the AKL, except some flashes.

Standard concierge is on the 4th floor. DVC took a lot of 5th floor deluxes.
Your room key will let you on the 6th floor.
There's only 14 or 15 rooms on the 6th floor.

It can be quite a hike to the club.
We had 3 deluxe concierge rooms for my nieces wedding, we were on the 6th and my brother was on the 5th.
He had a very long walk to the lounge.

It's a great lounge but it looks over the lobby, not the animals.
