Other than that... Jay decided to go over to the new house to do some sanding tonight. Hopefully he'll finish up this last little bit and we'll be able to stain and seal tomorrow or Saturday! :sohappy: They quoted us $3,200 to get them professionally refinished... we decided to do it ourselves, so far we have less than $300 invested... and they look BEAUTIFUL. I'm super excited... Jay's quite the handyman.
