I know...I miss it too...although it's been a lot shorter time for me...but it'll still be almost 2 years since I've gone by the time I go.

Luckily I did get to DL between 2004 and now, so there was SOMETHING, even if it wasn't my "home" park. :lol:

One of the secretaries at my old school once said the following over the PA system:
"Mrs....Oh, What's your face, umm....[last name], please call the office, Mrs. [last name]."
She retired a year after that message, but she was a most definte sweet heart!

true...I so want to go to DL too. I'm hoping that can be a trip for next year...since I'm planning to go to Vegas next November...so maybe we can make a trip to Cali then too...

Here, my mama came home, and then I had to take my medicine. Makes me feel soooo nauseous. :hurl:

EDIT: Just checked, it closes on my dad's birthday, December 15th.

Which hotel is she at, Gidget? DBF and I went to Vegas for Vdady last year (1st time there for both of us) & stayed @ Ballys. We saw Howie Mandel! It was RIGHT before his show got big..we had front row seats!!Um...bad news...I think her show is slated to end at the end of this year.
But I did stay at the hotel where she performs her concerts...it's a beautiful hotel.
