Yes. We were there the week before Christmas.
We decided to buy annual passes this year and see how many trips we can squeeze in. In order for that to work, we have to either drive or search for cheap airfares, stay off-site and eat mostly inexpensively, but it's an adventure! It's working so far! We're hoping to go back at the end of March, but we'll have to wait and see on that one!

I know when you can squeeze one in!!!!

Well one thing is for certain. . .
All of our trips will be during the last week of any month, because I've arranged to be off-schedule at work during that time. So no Fishy or Steph this time. . .darn!

This bodes well for me! Plan one for the end of September!!!! I'm going then!!!!

No way! I loved every minute of it. I felt very comfortable with you all!

That's what I thought. But believe me, Fishy, if I felt comfortable with everyone, so will you. I was somewhat surprised and very grateful to find that the ease of conversation that we have here really does carry over to the real world.

Oh good. I'm so glad to hear that everything went smooth, transition wise for you.

A somewhat rain bedraggled me and the adorable Bunny:

Love it!!!!

You know I felt exactly the same way. The night before I met Luke I was in a mini-panic! What was I thinking. . . an entire day with him without my computer! I was sure he'd come down with a sudden disease of some sort and have to leave. But, aside from possible attempts of losing me in two different parking lots under the ruse of forgetting where he parked his car, I think he had a good time. I certainly did!

Aw...no need to panic, Luke said he had a wonderful time and I could tell how much fun that meet must have been just by reading it.

Excited more than ever about that. Reality won't set in until he is born and I actually see the "stem on the apple"

:lookaroun

Hey - Nibbs was taking off her pants, and heaven knows Dana's always out of hers, so I figured, what the heck!

You know me...I'm just like the other two.

One last pic and I love it!

Love it again!!!

For 2 people, you seem to go through a lot of dishes!
Come to think of it, so do George and I.
I'd be lost without my dishwasher!

I'm gonna have to get a new one at some point...the prongs have started to rust and break off. ew!

Yay!!!

So cute!!!

We booked a trip today to Chicago in March to visit my girlies! :sohappy: For Christmas, their parents gave me airline tix to come visit...one of the girls has a MAJOR crush on DBF so, of course, it's unthinkable for him not to go too. Plus the more time he sees what a wonderful place it is to live the better

When you going to Chi town??? I'm headed up there in March too?

Aww....thanks. :o :)

Holy cow!
Did anyone else ever notice the little thing at the bottom of the pagina that says who is in the thread!?!?!

Yep...I noticed first and have been talking about it a while.

That's the story behind Wafflefest???

That would be it.

DH just called...I asked him if he is bringing me back a present from Las Vegas. He said that he couldn't find anything that I would like, but he found some things for himself.

Sometimes it's better when they don't bring home gifts...trust me.

Wonder where Nibbs is?

She was not here yesterday...I wonder if they spent the night in the new house?..

I think she has Wednesdays off anyway, and she only posts here from work.

Yep...my day off. And nope...didn't spend the night yet. Gonna start this weekend.

Apparently my computer has more fun than I do.
I'm not surprised.

So Dot, every trip I take to the world I have what i like to call a pinacle moment. A moment on the trip that stands out and defines the trip. On our trip in October we went with 2 other families and pinalce moment was on Thursday night at Ohana's having dinner with just the 6 adults and watching the Hallowishes fireworks show.
The time before that was the last night there in MK and the park was basically empty and we watched Spectromagic at 11:00 pm with hardly anyone on the street.
This last time a couple of weeks ago it was the first night, watching wishes from the top of the contemporary.
So how about it, what was your pinacle moment from this last trip?

Since my trips always must be the last week of any month, that would sound promising. . .BUT. . .Lauren gets married on October 6th. That might be cutting it a little too close.

See Nibbs post above, she is withholding vital information purely out of spite! Of course, YOU could PM it to me!:D
