I just called and changed our lunch reservation at Rose & Crown to a dinner one. I might surprise Dave with it when we get there....:)

Joe, I loved your story about the perfume ladies!
When I need to go by that department in any store, I take a deep breath, look determinedly straight ahead, and make a bee-line straight through. They'll sucker you in every time!
Soooo funny to know they do that to men too!
Would have loved to have seen that! :lol: :lookaroun Sorry!

what else is funny is when I told my buddy I got allie curve a few years ago... when I bought that I was alone in a department store and was looking at perfumes and I saw the Curve package and it said right on it "$140 value for $75" and I said outloud "wow thats a good deal" to myself... of course the woman overheard me and said "it is a good deal... would you like it?"

"uhhhhh... ummm..... oh god.... :lookaroun ..... OKAY..... :confused: "

On another note, I started the day at a post count of like... 308 I believe... thats in 18 months of being on here... I'm gonna go after 400 on today alone... hahahahahaha I'm just gonna post in every thread

As a person who can be made to feel guilty quite easily, I always have a hard time accepting the idea that there are people who have no conscience. Completely self-absorbed people and truly evil people. . .I will never understand.

what bothers me more is that these people never seem to have fertility issues....

Very annoying!
And now the kiosk people in the malls have do their thing with stopping people and demonstrating their products! I hate it! If I wanted to see, I'd have stopped on my own!
And while I'm on the subject. . .almost every store gives you a spiel at the cash register now. . . "Do you have our store card? Would you like to apply for one? etc. etc. Stop trying to sell me something I don't want!!!!

Preach on sister. I walk right on by this places. I hate them. I did stop at one with the sea salt for the hands. It did make my hands softer but not at 65.00 for a small jar of it.:eek: I needed to waste time for about an hour.:D
