:hurl: That's the worst smell...well, one of the worst ones. :veryconfu BUT HOORAY for pregnancy nose! :sohappy:

OH my gosh Bunny! That's awful!!! I'm sorry... That was the one thing that really made me sick too - the smell of smoke... YUCK. big hugs girl, I can't imagine dealing with that every day. :hurl:

and hi joe!

Thing is, I was always REALLY sensitive to smoke before, anyways. I couldn't be around smokers for too long or my throat would close up and my eyes would water something awful.. Now it's only 10 times worse.

But I guess that's a good sign, right? :veryconfu

It's a good sign that your sense of smell is so strong right now (from what I understand, don't know from experience yet :lookaroun ). But it's not good that you should have to endure it. :( I'm sensitive to 2nd hand smoke too, but not as bad...makes my nose clog up and dries up my contacts.

I'm extremely sensitive to secondhand smoke with my asthma... sometimes in public I'll have an asthma attack if I walk behind someone smoking...

It's such a dirty habit and it makes you smell horrificly gross and grosses everyone else around you out... I mean I know why people do it and I know its just something people do, and I have friends at school that do... but its so gross...

I seriously think its one of the worst smells imaginable...

I used to be able to keep my door closed, and that would keep it to a minimum, but now my new Boss has decided that closed doors look unsocial, so I've got to keep my door open... :brick:

Agreed. If only they knew how awful they smell. But I imagine they don't really care. :(

You shouldn't have to be subjected to that Bunny!
I'd tell the boss that as long as he's going to allow people to stink up the place I'll be keeping my door closed! Social, schmocial!

Believe you me, I'm going to start relaxing a bit around here as soon as I tell them the news. But I don't want to share that with them until a bit after we get back from Disney. Nothing like telling them, then going out of town for a week.

I'm not going to stand for much, I tell you. What are they going to do, fire me? Go ahead! I'm quitting in September anyways!

Go girl! That's smart. Maybe they'll shape up without you having to say anything. It's amazing how respectable people can be when around a pregnant woman. :) (of course, i saw plenty of the nonrespectable one's too... that's tough)

Thanks for the garlic tip, I may try that.

I agree, once he knows you're pregnant maybe he'll be a little more considerate

I doubt that would make much difference, honestly. It's just that I won't care anymore.

Are you getting excited yet? I finally got the suitcases down, but they're still empty...:lookaroun

I've been too busy to pack and we're leaving 4 days from now!

Cool Water for women. It's really overpowering. Guess I won't be wearing it again. I've wore the same perfume (Amarige) for about 10 years now...thought I'd try something different for a change :lookaroun

Oh well... that's why I don't generally try new perfumes. I stick to the vanilla scented sprays from Vicki's or Bath and Body works, and have since high school. Mmmm... vanilla.
