Snow White ride vehicles

At the Snow White ride, are the names of the Seven Dwarfs on the fronts of each car in English or French (i.e., Doc = Prof, Grumpy = Grincheux, Bashful = Timide, etc.)?

Aren't pretty much all signs in Disneyland Paris written in French and English?

Yes - most of the park is dual French/English - but some of the rides are almost exclusively French. Pirates of the Caribbean is all in French for example, and more often than not Honey I Shrunk the Audience is in French (you can get translator headsets but can still hear the French over the naff headsets). In the Studios I think Armageddon is all French, but Lights! Moteurs! Action! is dual French/English. Animagique is another example - Mickey speaks French throughout!

I'm sorry, I didn't notice you were talking about Disneyland Paris, I spotted the thread in the "New Posts" section and didn't even notice which forum it was in. I thought the question was peculiar when I read it.

POTC isnt completely in french, you do hear certain phrases said in english. "We wants the red head" is one example.

Yeah, and the song is completely in English, too. According to the Pirates book on both the attraction and the movie, the talking skull at the end speaks in pirate jargon, both in French and English as well. It's also the exact same thing at the Peter Pan ride: the dialogue is in French, but the singing ("You Can Fly") is in English.

i confirm that the name of the dwarfs on each front of ride vehicle on Snow white are in english .

That would be fun to hear the TOT in french even the Preshow .

Here's a few things offhand that I recall that are in French or English (or both):

Rock N Roller Coaster: English

Armageddon: CM speaks in French and translations are available on TV screens, Michael Clarke Duncan video is in English with French subtitles, actual show is in English (Russians spoke in English with Russian accents)

Cinemagique: English with some French

Animagique: French ("Under the Sea" is sung in French!)

Studio Tram Tour: English and French narrators alternate (Jeremy Irons with the English narrator)

Flying Carpets: English

Most of the Fantasyland rides are in French (but they are very similar to their counterparts at DL and MK)

Lion King show: They shows in English only and French only during the day

Star Tours: Pilot speaks in French, video is in English

Buzz Lightyear: Buzz alternates between French and English in the queue

Honey I Shrunk the Audience: main audio was in English, but headsets had alternate languages

Tarzan: songs are in French, except "Trashing the Camp" song was in English (BTW, the show was very similar to Tarzan Rocks, except no live band and roller skaters)

I think all dark rides are more identical to DL's versions. The only similarities to the WDW versions are: A) the cars on Snow White and Pinocchio are six-seaters instead of two; B) On Peter Pan, while dueling with Peter Pan, Hook does not wear his hat (while he does in California and Tokyo).
