What a shame....

This is a bad situation. You have adult human employees that are joking around in a backstage dressing area that has no access to the park guests. Now this is taped by someone and the tape gets out and they are fired. I guess the moral throughout the company should be at an all time high for this. I really feel sorry for all Disney CM's. I could understand if there was explicit acts happening but they were not, or if were done while in the parks but they weren't. I guess Disney CM's can be human even when they away from the parks.

I just don't know why everyone here says they should be fired. :veryconfu

If anything fire the person that was taping backstage.

Very good idea.

If it wasn't for him this would be a non-issue!

Agreed! If it wasn't for the idiot who taped this we wouldn't even know about it. Like I said before, I don't see the big deal. They are not out among the public doing this, they are goofing off in private. They are probably just a bunch of young kids. While I do think they should have been reprimanded in some way, I don't think they should be fired, unless that kind of behavior was specifically prohibited in their employee handbook.

To me the only issue is the video taping. That sort of stuff happens everyday in the break rooms, it's just that there aren't any cameras. Any kind of backstage videoing or photography is a terminable offense so it should really only be the camera man who is fired.

Put everyone in jail. Everyone. If you have ever repurposed a paperclip or an ink pen from work, you should go to jail.

I am going to go call 911 now and admit my guilt so we can jsut get on with the sentence. I hope it isnt too lengthy. What do you think a box of paperclips will get me? 3 years? Life?:drevil:
