Which non-classic ride are you scared might go?

We all know the classics are safe. HM, IASW, PP, BTM ect.

But we have also seen some that were what would be concidered classic bite the dust. Toad, Original Figment, AE, 20K.

What ride/show would you concider a new classic, ad would shatter you if they got rid of? There have been rumors of Great Movie Ride, Beauty and the Beast, Rio Tiempo, Autopia.

Which attraction would you work to save?

For me, Voyage of the Little Mermaid is one that I would concider a "new classic". With Nemo Musical around the corner I fear for the loss of this show. It is from the first of the "new classic" film line that started in the late 80's. And it is an emersive show. You litterly are swept away for 3 acts of joy. This is a show we visit at least 2 times each trip. From the preshow theming, to being literally taken "under the sea", it is true Disney Magic.

You never know when the ax may fall on your favorite. Which "new classic" would change your view of a WDW trip?

I like the Little Mermaid show too, athough I am partial. I would really be upset if they removed spaceship earth. It is all that remains of the once great classic epcot that i miss so dearly. and I miss the old spaceship earth I"m not to fond of the way it ends now I remember a lot more going on.

Not that there are any plans of the sort...but I would fight to the bloody death for Jungle Cruise.

You mean the GREATEST ATTRACTION EVER! Hopefully that would be in the "Classic Attraction" category, but you never know. I would think that would make the top 5 untouchable list myself. I could see Tom Sawyer going long before JC. But, who knows what the puppetmasters may do? You have seen Tiki haven't you.

im still mad about the wonders of life thing. i really want it back!! and i guess im afraid for universe of energy because it is almost always empty, even if it is one of the last remaining pieces of the old EPCOT.

Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but I think Country Bear Jamboree might not be around too much longer.
It's not getting the crowds it used to and in my opinion the sound quality and animatronics are all outdated.

I have to agree with ears and Scooter--CBJ has to go. I have experienced it once and we will never see it again. It was just awful. I would be really bummed if they got rid of Jungle Cruise. It's corny and all, but it is something we always enjoy.

I noticed the tech issues too. I'm sure an overhaul would work. Lots of $$$.

I love Country Bear Jamboree, it's brilliant. I classify it as a classic. I don't see why anyone wants it to go. Has anyone seen it in the slightly updated Christmas version? :veryconfu

My biggest fear right now is the Carousel of Progress. I'll be okay with it leaving if it is relocated elsewhere, but I don't want to see it gone forever.

jungle cruise would most certainly be in the classic catagory, along with the haunted mansion and pirates. they may update them, but i dont think they will ever dissapear.

I really, REALLY doubt that The Great Movie Ride is going anyplace. I don't have any proof, but it's pretty much supposed to be the fixture of MGM. This is especially true since the Backlot Tour has... well... dwindelled and been... shortened as of late... I can't imagine it's going anywhere anytime soon. It's a symbol of all things movies, which is supposed to be what MGM is all about. Granted, that has changed, but there isn't any reason for it to go anywhere. The line is always long, and as far as I know, the building and everything in it is still structurally sound. They even updated the video within the past year. The safe money is on it staying.
