Alexandria / Parc Vue

I moved to the Sabal Palm LBV sight unseen and have just been approved to move in a month to Alexandria / Parc Vue.

Any repeat ANY feedback will be greatly appreciated seeing as we are appreciative to have lived at Sabal Palm but leaving unhappy about having lived there for the last 12 months-(various reasons-again we moved there sight unseen).

If anyone can share with me the Pros as well as the Cons so we are informed and ready for this move it would be greatly appreciated.

Well I don't live there, but My wife and I are looking at a possible job relocation, and I took a drive past these places last week. dind't get to see a model (none were avilable at the time for a 3 bedroom) but the overall facilities looked nice enough. Never rented an apt before (i own a house right now), so I'm not sure what to look for, but didn't seem half bad. They did have garages wheice were nice.

I'd be interested in someone's living expereince feedback for these, or some other very close apartments.

I've been to both since I have friends who live there. I like the apartments because they're big and spacious, but I don't know a lot about the living experiences there. Parking is OK, I haven't seen or heard anything to be weary about.

Alexandria/Parc Vue

I live in Parc Vue and I have for about two months. I like it. The apartments are nice and large. It is quiet. The parking isn't bad, unless you come home at like midnight or later you may not find a spot directly in front of your building but relatively close. The pools are nice and I like the fitness center. We can see Wishes! from our balcony. It is in a nice location as far as driving to everything. Like I said, I have only been there for about two months but I have been pretty happy with it so far.
