Agreed on that, it will be a while to break some bad habits that have popped up. I do find it funny that shortly after... the other site.. posts about maintenance problems, they seemingly quickly are going in to handle it. As to why they need someone to point these things out, eh that part I'm not crazy about but I atleast respect that they acknowledge it.We all hope he’s different.

Also the reports with Josh acknowledging Star Wars Galaxy's Edge's shortcomings and seemingly correcting some course. And to publicly state that they don't want people "liking" but "loving" attractions bodes well imo.
To me, there is atleast an acknowledgement of the various problems, whether that leads to concrete things changing is another story but public acknowledgement is a good first step that imo keeps those in charge more responsible. You can't say that *x* is a problem but you're turbocharging the parks and never work on *x*
