So does Seven Dwarfs, and for kids you have Goofy.Does MK need another family level coaster? Doesn't Big Thunder Mountain meet that criteria.
I don't understand why there's such a push back to the idea of a "growing with the park" approach to the thrill rides.
A kid goes on Goofy, but wants to go on Seven Dwarfs so bad, but not big enough.
Next trip they get to go on Seven dwarfs, but now they really want to go on Big Thunder.
Then they want Space.
Then Tron.
Then Villains.
That is 5 (expensive) trips for a family with small kids right there.
And what is this notion that all kids don't like scary things or "scary" coasters? (Honestly, I don't know why I personally even keep saying 'scary' as that's not what I even mean or ever wanted from this. I just wanted eery and spooky. Thorny and gothic HM style.)
But Any kid, including myself, I have ever been on a Disney or Universal trip want to do is go on the big rides. Any kid I overhear on my many trips ever want to do is go on the big rides. I don't understand why some posters on here think kids hate big rides just because maybe they don't. (P.S> OBVIOUSLY I know not EVERY SINGLE kid likes big rides, but I think you are seriously kidding yourself if you truly think most don't.)
