Youtuber Disney World Texas mentioned it on his live stream. that's how I found out. BOTH performances are included in this video)

Frontierland-Town Square 2nd showing was a typical occurrence on a 2=performance night when Florida first had MSEP ('77='91) the only time they went from Frontierland with California's floats was for the taping of the 1999 Christmas parade.

Also, Media Night before May 28, 1999. It wasn't open to Day Guests but I saw it on the Local News and I swear it was the ABC Christmas Day Direction.

WDWMagic explained it pretty well. Once HEA ends, Starlight was a bit too close coming from Main Street to allow fireworks crowds to disperse. Coming from Frontierland allows the front of the park to empty quicker for those leaving. Plus it also gives some an incentive to head back to Frontierland if they’re hoping to catch the parade earlier. Then the parade ends and the crowds follow it out of the park. Seems like a smart idea all around.

I swear this was how it usually was back in the 2000s. When there was a 9pm Spectro, 10pm Wishes, and 11pm Spectro, the 2nd parade went in the opposite direction.

Plus it leaves the West Bypass open longer since no staging is needed. Also, if TDO keep This..We get that Money Castle Shot with Startlight!!! :) :) :) :)

MK had time for Magic Memories and You and Celebrate The Magic...Of course Wishes was back then...
Wishes is roughly half the length of HEA and MK was open much later back then so the shows were more spread out. If I remember correctly first parade was at 8:00, fireworks at 9:45 and second parade 11.

Check out this link:

Everything was within 2 hours. Celebrate the Magic was before Wishes. I guess it might be redundant to have a castle projection show with HEA but they still had it until the pandemic.

Blue Fairy seemed to outrun the rest of the parade unit this evening, causing a ~5 minute stoppage after entering Frontierland

Decent crowd following the parade out of Frontierland tonight toward the castle.

Bonus poor photo of the parade from the people mover

Whether we love it or hate it, how long do we think Starlight will last at MK? Could there be a change of some sort for the 60th? Could they ever go back to MSEP as a limited time nostalgia thing? If it still even exists. Though it will probably never leave the west coast.
