Looks good. Elsa's face in the green dress looking a little wonky, but probably just an unfortunate shot.

My first thought was Ozempic face, we need an intervention.

I think you’re right it’s probably just a weird photo moment though, they look much better than the projection faces.

I believe the earlier press releases from the Imagineers suggest that only the heads were replaced since they talked about how they also had to modify the necks.

Agreed! They look so much better! I hated how there was that solid line on their whole heads where the projections ended. This is a total improvement!

I believe they mentioned some show lighting etc was also improved.

I imagine the lightning improvements are directly related to the new faces. The projected faces are only effective (to the extent the feature works at all) in near total darkness. Otherwise the faces get washed out by the light. With the new articulated faces, they can spruce up the lighting a little bit.
