Probably not, but it shouldn't matter. If they try responding, you wouldn't see it if they're on your ignore list.

It'd be cool if the mods could create some sort of automatic popup, so when an ignored user tries to like / respond to your post, this appears to them:

"The person you're reacting to cannot see you. Please spend your time productively elsewhere."
