Where's that guy that swore on his life that Disney was 100% not creating something new for this theater

New developments on the construction of Monstropolis at Disney's Hollywood Studios, captured by me three days ago.
I'm surprised the PizzeRizzo sign is still up. I wonder if that means they'll be re-using it for Monsters Land or Rock N Rollercoaster, or if they just haven't removed it yet.
It will probably be a single pass at least when it first opens, I think the only new big attraction to not follow this trend was Tiana’s. It’s assumed that’s because Disney knew the capacity and how to run the attraction efficiently. Cant see a world where this doesn’t open with VQ and single pass.I'm guessing this will go on LLMP when it debuts as a tier 1... I wonder if it will knock something out of tier 1 (like TT did with Soarin). Im guessing MFSR drops to a tier 2.
I don’t think anyone knows yet.question, does it appear that they are building the coaster then the building like Tron, or they building the building then the track inside like GOTG
It seems like practical considerations might actually point towards fewer preshows - less staffing, less complex ops, etc. That’s probably true, but I can understand why for practical reasons they opted for the arrangement they now have, and I think they integrate it effectively into the story of the attraction.
Curious why they didn't pour concrete "all at once" like they did for Cosmic Rewind
Tropical Americas is the furthest along - it will open in 2027.question, since idk much about the actual building process. not counting the actual door coaster, is it possible for this land and for Cars at MK to be done in the next 12-18 months, since they've already seem to be wrapping up the demo faze and are not really building much new things more re theming current stuff at monsters, or for cars just doing new landscaping. which to me naively doesn't strike me as time consuming like building a big land ground up like villains to TA
I agree with this, but more so im asking with the current pace of everything could we get two openings in the same year, ie cars and monsters both in early 2028Tropical Americas is the furthest along - it will open in 2027.
Guessing the doors coaster opens in 2028 although technically they could have it open in 2027 - it seems possible if the keep moving.
That puts cars at 2028 or 2029.
Logically spacing everything a year a part is smart for marketing - but DHS needs the capacity and they have an easy space to build on so it may happen pretty fast - although that’s potentially a sign of a fairly simple coaster
I think it would be more likely that monsters catches up to tropical Americas.I agree with this, but more so im asking with the current pace of everything could we get two openings in the same year, ie cars and monsters both in early 2028
