DHS Disney Animation-Inspired Experience Coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios

ACTUALLY that could be a great idea....especially if they made Palpatine snarky and bitchy like the Wicked Queen walk-around character at Disneyland... I would go out of my way to experience that...
No cast member is going to sit in a makeup chair that long especially with the amount Disney pays.

What a shame they didn't put more thought to placement and growth when they built SWGE and TSL... to have a 15-20 year plan that would reorganize the park into a more cohesive overall adventure.... even if they had split the park left and right... Live Action film IP to the left of Hollywood Blvd, Animated Film IP to the right... kind of felt like they were heading that way but then the Monsters land is being built on the wrong side....and so it goes....

That was such a Lightning in a bottle show. Incredibly funny actors and dancers who were also extremely knowledgeable about Star Wars. Easy money to bring back for an after hours event someday, they’d probably nail some comedy for the Sequels and Mandoverse
I don't think they're able to do the funny stuff with Star Wars as they had stopped having the Disney characters not in their garb anymore, no humorous T-shirts depicting characters and
Which is why Star Wars Detours animated show got scrapped as they want to show the "Serious" side of the IP and never meant it to be funny..Which kind of stinks .

I think Rise of Skywalker is worse than any of the prequels (although Attack of the Clones is really bad too), and Revenge of the Sith is better than any of the sequels, but it's kind of half dozen of one versus six of the other overall.
now I’m truly fascinated: how do you rank the saga best to worst?

Good question. Just off the top of my head I'd probably rank them:

1. Empire Strikes Back
2. Star Wars
3. Return of the Jedi
4. Revenge of the Sith
5. Last Jedi
6. Phantom Menace
7. Force Awakens
8. Attack of the Clones
9. Rise of Skywalker

Phantom Menace and Last Jedi could swap pretty easily; I think the rest are basically set. I didn't like Last Jedi for a variety of reasons, but I think a lot of the issues I had with the story in Last Jedi were due to choices made in Force Awakens. Last Jedi was narratively hamstrung by some of the very dumb things in the prior movie; it had to pick those threads up and figure out how to move forward with them.

I did not like Force Awakens at all -- might be the most disappointed I've ever been after seeing a movie in the theater.

I am so happy we are GETTING BACK this animation attraction!!! When they actually bring back an attraction, albeit tweaked, it gives me hope we will someday get some form of fountain of nations back in EPCOT!! 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
