Cavatappi with ground turkey meat sauce, before I mixed in the sour cream (I forgot to get a pic after I mixed in the sour cream 
)…!!!!! 
It makes the marinara/meat sauce a little more thick, plus creamy and tangy. You can mix it directly into the sauce at the end, but if you don’t temper the cold sour cream before mixing it into the hot sauce, it can/will curdle.
I just bypass that…!!!
