It is not a permanent change. Will the change be permanent; or would they bringing back world at some point?

Depends on how good the new version is. It runs 11/11/2025 - 07/04/2026. Popularity will determine if longer. Will the change be permanent; or would they bringing back world at some point?
Neither is World, technically. California is brought back from time to time.It is not a permanent change.
I would be pretty surprised if there wasn't a section with YosemiteI'm going to guess (in no order). 1. Grand Canyon 2. Hawaii 3. Alaska 4. Yellowstone 5. New York City 6. Mount Rushmore 7. Skiing in Colorado area 8. Philadelphia (independence hall). 9. Great Lakes 10. East Coast Beach 11. Cattle Rancher in Texas 12. New Orleans
No, those are not the dates at all.Depends on how good the new version is. It runs 11/11/2025 - 07/04/2026. Popularity will determine if longer.
World is the permanent attraction. Your argument would be saying Jungle Cruise (or Haunted Mansion at DL) aren't permanent because they get temporary overlays.Neither is World, technically. California is brought back from time to time.
That would be AWESOMEI would be pretty surprised if there wasn't a section with Yosemite![]()
I’ll take the bet that’s a nah.I wonder if they'll get lazy and re-use any shots from Soarin' over California
Do you know how rare it is that NPS lets you film in Yosemite Valley? Reusing something you otherwise couldn’t get again isn’t cheap.I’ll take the bet that’s a nah.
Thanks for playing the cheap card.
They aren't going to use archived footage for this. C'mon.Do you know how rare it is that NPS lets you film in Yosemite Valley? Reusing something you otherwise couldn’t get again isn’t cheap.
Also can’t currently get a permit to film in National Parks.Do you know how rare it is that NPS lets you film in Yosemite Valley? Reusing something you otherwise couldn’t get again isn’t cheap.

It would stand out like a sore (or soar?) thumb.
Test track and soarin prolly aren’t what made it “what it was”, no?I do really hope they do this well. And, it makes me happy that things like this and TT suggest there are some in leadership that want to preserve what made EPCOT what it was.
Well, they did use a CGI Taj Mahal in "World" that stands out like having a Freddy Krueger meet and greet in Fantasy Land so never say never! They aren't going to use archived footage for this. C'mon.

I have been here since the 60's. New Orleans has been a city since 1718. In fact, the French Quarter was were the city began, since it was the only area above the water. Now if they include the smell of the French Quarter @ midnight after Mardi Gras. I'm out!!!!!I lived in New Orleans for many years. While I love the city, to say it's clean below or beautiful above would be the greatest pixie dusting of a lifetime.
I don't hate everything they've done at Epcot. And this I like very much!Based on your avatar and response…your sending some mixed signals here![]()
