Star Tours is fantastic, and keeps getting better with every addition. I don't see them getting rid of this when they can easily introduce new aspects of the IP as they continue making movies, shows, etc.

I think it's inevitable unforunately.

Hopefully whenever Star Tours bites the dust, they continue to make it a 2 for 1 they are doing at old Muppets Courtyard. Keep expanding the boundaries of the park please. I don't want parking lots.

I don’t understand why it isn’t more popular, honestly. In a park with 60+ minute lines, it’s routinely 10 minutes. You wait longer for Saucers, which defies reason.

It's probably the ride that makes my motion sickness the worst in HS. I have to think that I'm not the only one who avoids it for that reason.

I'm right there with you. It's a very cool experience, at least from what I could tell the one time I rode it. But, I was soooo sick during and after, I cannot go back.

There's a video online where a guy rode it over and over again to see if he could see every possible destination, and it was a constant walk-on.

It does, but I think it also has triple the hourly capacity of saucers. IIRC it can move more people than SDD when full.

Yes, but it shouldn’t be walk-on. You often wait longer for PeopleMover.

It may be time to ditch the 3D glasses here. They seem to exclude people.

Nono, it has another five years or so. I just think it'll go down in time. Might be a pretty... Strange retheme though.

Shame they can't use Ant-Man for Star Tours retheme. Feel like it would lend itself to Quantam Realm hijinks so well. (Maybe thats just the Body Wars ride system rattling in my brain).

Would be intresting to see how they could fit Strange into the space. Could see the multiversal jumping from Strange 2 as a ride, though Star Tours (and I think this kind of simulator in genral) is so tech-y in its application I don't know how'd you blend that with the magic and mysticism of Doctor Strange.

A retheme of star tours doest seem like it would take that long to complete. Could this be a D23 2026 announcement if they want to slip in one or two more announcements that aren't just updates to the 2024 slate? Or would they save it for the second half of the ten year parks plan for D23 2028? It sounds like Disney does want to move forward with Marvel at WDW with whatever scraps they can work with.

I am not sure why you would re-theme what is now an awkwardly-positioned attraction unless you were going to thematically tie it to the park core like Runaway Railway, Tower, RNRC, and now Animation. It feels like it would make more sense to simply wait and absorb its footprint whenever they decide to replace IJ with a new land.
