But some people go out of their way to be opinionated jerks all the time. I don't need to see that daily. I have a long list from here that are ignored because of that. I even tried clearing the list once. And most of them were back on the list within a week.

I must be on your ignore list. Of course since I am on your ignore list your not seeing this I presume? I don’t know how ignore works since I never used it, I very much enjoy all opinions and views.

I may enjoy opposing views more as it makes me think about other views on the subject.

In my opinion the destruction of RoA, TSI and filling in of RoA in order to sell LL is a mistake and I fear this cars land will be an inferior attraction.

I hope they prove me wrong. We must wait many many years to find out.

Hey, no problem…you do you. I’ve been tempted to put people on ignore many times, but, ultimately, I just can’t do it…!!!!!
The ones I always get a good chuckle out of are those that announce it…
“Congratulations, you just made my ignore list.” Like the other member is gonna’ be heartbroken or lose sleep over it…!!!!!
Anyway, if nothing else, the boards can certainly be entertaining, a lot of the time…!!!

I'm just surprised because I don't think I've really engaged @TheMaxRebo in debate on here at all. Maybe it's a leftover vestige of the Tiana era. And now he missed out on a whole different thread of Piston Peak Construction (and more of the same debate...) because he had me on ignore!

It's the nature of conversation.

Except for a few posts in 2002, I was mostly a silent observer of the forums. But I admit that I've had a lot more fun entering into the conversation since this summer. I feel I'm getting better at ignoring the occasional "non-fun" parts (haven't pressed "ignore" yet).

hi everyone… I guess we have no new information about the cars attraction… So I guess everyone took to complaining about one another… come on people… This is supposed to be a happy magical forum… I guess I’ll check back in a week or so to see if there’s any discussion about the actual attraction and not everybody’s feelings… But I will say for the record, I’m going to miss the heck out of the rivers of America… Everyone stay magical

Yea, I just got warned by the mods about going off topic in Piston Peak Construction thread. In reality there is nothing to be said there, I will just look at the areal views of the destruction (progress?).

I’m not sure why I never noticed this - that’s a decent size building. Is that all for Q and load or is there space for a dark ride scene?

It almost looks like that building COULD be connected to the mountain structure.

Haven’t used ignore yet either. But I do get the use case.

People keep framing it in terms of being open to others' views, but I don't think most who use the ignore feature do so to block out opinions they don't like. Rather, they prefer not to hear from posters they find irritating or obnoxious, which is a different matter really.
