MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Not exactly. Beyond was first teased as something in the Northwest corner past BTMRR with a Coco area suggested as the theme/IP. Then Disney changed their mind on location an IP a decided to use the ROA land instead. Anything in the original Beyond area would be a phase 2 of the MK expansion/redo.
Yes - it’s virtually impossible, space wise, that coco, Encanto, and Villians would have all fit within this same space.

Just a guess - but I believe Villians was always going to go where it’s going - but originally the lower island and river would stay (Disneyland style) and coco and Encanto would be beyond big thunder and connect to Villians.

OR -

Encanto was going to go where cars is going and coco was going to go beyond and connect to a bigger Villians?

In the 3 to 5 years this will take to build, I suspect scope cuts will happen so along the years will will probably get several new concepts.
You're again trying to make this sound like it's five years out.

D23 in 2024 said all those announced projects will be done in five years.

So, for us today, it's four years.

But, I've corrected you on this a dozen times already. It's clear you're purposefully spreading misinformation. And no amount of winky "just joking" excuses justify such amoral behavior. You can't make the same joke twenty times thinking the twentieth time will actually be funny. It wasn't funny the second time.

You should probably inform Disney they are wrong, then...since they are the ones calling it BBTM.

And as I said above this version of the project is not exactly the same original Beyond project that was teased.
I think you missed this ~ the entire blog post is about two new additions, Cars and Villains.

And cruising just around the bend, guests will be able to venture Beyond Big Thunder Mountain into an all-new land dedicated to Disney Villains. Inspired by the wicked characters fans know and loathe, the multi-acre expansion will include two major attractions, plus dining and shopping. Walt Disney Imagineering is pushing creative boundaries to dark and mysterious levels to bring this new, first-of-its-kind land to life.
Together, these new additions to Magic Kingdom will represent the largest expansion in park history.
But you can continue to argue you are right. :)

Surely this isn't meant to be for the beginning of construction because they all have already started within one year.

So, what does "come to life" mean if not "being opened"?
I don’t speak native Josh.

it could mean - open, partially open, close to being open, actively constructed, etc.

I’m certainly not saying it’s impossible that Villians land is open in less than 4 years from now. But I’m not saying it will be based on Josh’s words either.

OK 4 years. We will still be getting new concepts between now and then.

"amoral behavior" now THATS funny. This is just a silly discussion board that means nothing. You have got to stop taking this stuff seriously. Disney will do what they will do and get done when they get done.

In reality I have NO EXPECTATIONS in any of these projects.

We will get what we will get, like the EPCOT renovation and folks will show up anyway.

Disney will use its talent and creativity in their quarterly reports when they paint their pictures and make the investors happy.

In reality the majority of the investors are institutional investors and THEY NEED the stock to stay stable so they will stay invested (sort of like DVC owners) because they have no choice at this point as there are a lot of local governments and pensions relying on the stability of TWDC stock.

Well if you want to be picky "Start to come to life over the next 5 years" doesn't necessarily mean the same as "all projects will be completed within 5 years"... it means portions of the plan may be completed... Nothing has gone vertical yet, and Demo has barely even begun....I look forward to seeing things actually start to be built, but this is a massive demo project.....
