NO WAY - this was going to be my biggest regret of this trip, that I was gonna miss it at Epcot tomorrow. Will report backSpaceship Earth has reopened today. Not sure if it will remain open permanently. The calendar still shows it being closed for another week.
No changes to video screens?I didn’t notice anything different to the ride experience, so I’m assuming it was all behind the scenes/mechanical work.
Not that i can tell??No changes to video screens?
Not that i can tell??
Thanks, looks unchanged. Not that i can tell??
The large boat has been static for at least several months pre refurbWas the boat in the phoenician scene moving pre referb?
It was really moving tonight. With fog really coming out of the light on itThe large boat has been static for at least several months pre refurb
Steve - article you put up says ‘November’ instead of ‘October’Thanks, looks unchanged.
Especially compared to what came before it. The ‘ride’ portion of SSE now ends at the top. There’s nothing ride-ish about the descent. It’s just transportation- boring, in the dark- not really a form of entertainment, and that’s a shame.Incredible that they still think the absolutely abysmal flash cartoon from 2007 is an acceptable use of the final 1/3rd of the ride's time.

As he is THE person responsible for the attraction. I am more likely to believe him over a Disney press release.![]()

One effect I've greatly missed and seems so easy to bring back is that projection of the chariot going away from us down the Roman street...it's always the "little things" for meIt was really moving tonight. With fog really coming out of the light on it
I dunno, I like the "retro" and simple vibes of it.Incredible that they still think the absolutely abysmal flash cartoon from 2007 is an acceptable use of the final 1/3rd of the ride's time.
