In 2024, I went to the first January After Hours and paid $109 per person (AP discount). This seems like a very high increase in two years.
You would be correct. At $200 bucks a night a ticket, the value is just not there any longer. I think as a Non-Passholder I paid $125 a ticket when they first rolled these out, and that was the last time I've gone. Its a nice little splurge for short trips where you can't dedicate a full day to the parks but is really where the perks end outside of shorter lines.

Fully agree, though I assume as a % of a regular single day ticket they are probably similar given the price increase to the later, but still too much for the short time period

Especially for like Epcot when a good chunk of the enjoyment of the park is wandering the countries and that isn't even part of the after hours

World Showcase isn’t open for the Epcot after hours party?

The rides are open (GFT, FEA, Remys).

But they generally shutdown Norway to France completely. All QS, booths in that route are closed.
Yep. I did Epcot After Hours once and only a couple of snack carts were open in the World Showcase for the "free" snacks. Canada had maple popcorn and there was an ice cream cart in Norway with the usual prepackaged frozen snacks.
