they did that on opening night too, and within less than 5 minutes it started...its almost like that audio message is stuck. Why is this delayed so often? Just announced it’s delayed “due to unforeseen circumstances.”

Last minute technical issues, they delay or slow down the parade to give to a few minutes for maintence to try to fix the issue. Tonight the encanto float didn't have audio. Why is this delayed so often? Just announced it’s delayed “due to unforeseen circumstances.”
The rest of Starlight was perfect!Last minute technical issues, they delay or slow down the parade to give to a few minutes for maintence to try to fix the issue. Tonight the encanto float didn't have audio.
Must have been Good Luck! Perfect!!!Looks like Starlight is at 11:10 tonight??
I have seen the parade almost every night since it premiered and while the pacing has improved it’s hit or miss on what type of show you’re going to get. Main Street by far is the worst place to watch the parade as the blue fairy moves at a snails pace and the other floats end up in a traffic jam situation causing the music to bleed into each other. By the time they get to Liberty Square/ Frontierland the floats have distance between them (some nights considerable ) allowing you to hear the tracks independently but the dead space in between they need to fill with something as your just hearing the starlight anthem over and over until the next float eventually arrives. Other nights like Fridays 11 pm show once they got to Frontierland it was the Indy500 and they were all on top of each other. The music is catchy esp the finale but how much you actually hear of the spoken audio is different every night .Thank you! I just saw the parade Friday and thought the floats moved by super fast. Glad I’m not the only one!
I took a picture of this!Rough 11pm showing, 1st stoppage moana float broke down backstage & then 2nd stoppage bruno had to be removed off the float mid route and most the performers stopped cheorogragpy for the rest of the liberty square/frontierland route.
Around nine floats is the norm for recent parades.I wish the music had been more like SpectroMagic's score...Catchy, memorable... This parade score is not memorable at all... This is less a parade and more a Cavalcade... It seems so short, and looks like they fogot to plan anything other than the main floats....
I’d argue that Wish and Frozen are not full on floats.Around nine floats is the norm for recent parades.
So, the Initial Rush is over?Disney opened the MK up for cast members this week
First, I think the parade is incredibly beautiful. My only feedback is that I wish the music was catchier, or perhaps I just remember it differently.
I can't recall the music once the parade stops. I still remember the tune from the old Electric Parade vividly. I feel the same way about the Halloween party, but I haven't listened to the soundtrack on its own, so I might be able to identify the tunes better with a closer listen. This is just my personal perspective.
The units run too close together becauseYou really can’t make out the distinctive floats musics as well as you can on other parades.
The units run too close together because
1. There is not enough to separate them.
2. They are operating the parade like a cavalcade with no stops for crosswalks, etc. it’s just wham bam thank you….. umm… my lady.
