The Jersey Shore and Boardwalk (which is the basis for this area) is about simple, quick, over indulgent fried and bad for you foods.

Dogs, popcorn, fries, cotton candy, pizza, pretzels, ice cream, beer, Italian sausage and peppers, Meatball heroes and cheese steaks.
Fine. Then I dang well expect the Thrashers booth too open stat . . .

Corn Dogs NO! However, a good Hot Dog stand with freshly made Fries and all the topping you could put on a Hot Dog Yes. It's suppose to be a boardwalk type of place, Cheesesteaks, Sausage sandwiches and pizza, Fresh Sea food, Scallops, Shrimps and crabs and Fluke and flounder and so on. That is what is found at Boardwalks in South Jersey. The best place I ate a long time ago on the Board Walk was the Flying Fish. That was really good.

For as long as it took to get it opened, what could they possibly need to do after such a short time?

I cant believe they never created a restaurant fully themed to the 1940s Boardwalk to match the hotel...It could have been spectacular using amusement antiques, thematic architecture and design and the menu could have been all based on Boardwalk food... A restaurant open from 8-midnight every night, it would have been a bustling hub for Epcot Resorts guests and park goers alike... Instead we get Cake Bake Shop which will I am sure have limited hours and be ridiculously expensive....
Or even dare I say a Waffle House. But a Jerzee diner type restaurant would be AWESOME!
