There was a small.local chain around here, Westchester Burger Company (at least two, but no.more than three restaurants) that a couple of friends from.work and I used to lunch at frequently. They had a wide and varied burger menu, and that's the first (and so far only) place.I saw put an egg on a burger. I think they called theirs " The Hangover".

Sadly, Covid drove them out of business.

Oh, thank you!
No, the bao buns were purchased from my local Asian grocery.
I cook for my partner and I and occasionally for my mom and our good friend especially when I know the recipe will yield a lot of leftovers.
