Confirmation of Lightning Lane booking start time

Just want to confirm that the start time for reserving the initial three lightning lane picks is 7am 7 days beforehand if staying onsite. Disney's own website lists 7am EST, but my friend who is traveling at the end of the month was told 6am EST by their travel agent, and I want to definitively confirm with folks who have been there more recently as to whether their travel agent is mistaken.

7am EST for LLs. And that’s 7 days before check-in day, for length of stay, regardless of when you actually plan to use them.

Split stays are also recognised.

I think maybe the TA was confusing LL booking with ADR booking.
