I actually am looking forward to it ... Wouldn't be my first pick but I do appreciate them using not just the same stuff over and over and I think of all the applications this is probably the best fit
I mean I get it there's only so much they can do but it's not like there isn't more popular options or more obscure characters deserving of a float. Seems like they're still pushing this thing hoping it latches on to the public consciousness. It's a turd, let it die a proper death.

Remove if this is a "leak". Someone in the opening cast posted the poster they sent out for opening cast of starlight. It shows all the floats. Pinocchio & Gepetto are new I think. Wonder if that explains whatever is going on in the back of the Blue fairy float's structure

I'm surprised nobody is talking about the electrical version of Starlight's theme song in the background of yesterday's Imagineering episode. A simple but fun nod to MSEP!

Just went back and listened to it, very hard to make out with them yapping through it lol but it does sound cool. Going to assume that’s probably the finale float music.

Still want to know if there is lyrics to what we have been hearing or if it’s mostly all instrumental.

They are! If the Blue Fairy changes Colors, that would be a First! I Can't Believe Starlight is Officially A Week from Tonight!!!! :) :) :) :)

Not to throw negativity out there but am I alone in thinking the lighting placements are sloppy with wires and lights sticking out? Certainly not how it was done with prior light parades where the wires were hidden and light placements were in mostly rows or scattered neatly.

I agree. Maybe what we saw in the behind the scenes videos were not the finished look as far as light and wire placements?

I’m surprised Elsa is possibly the only Frozen character on that float. I would think Anna and Kristoff would maybe be walking in front?

There is a chance they could be on the back of the float maybe? Or smaller float? It would be rather odd for Anna, Olaf and Kristoff not to be in this.

I kinda felt the same way, but I was waiting to see it on stage before seeing how I feel. It may feel different from guest view. The lightning definitely reminds me more of MSEP, and not like PTN.

I personally love how they integrated the lighting for PTN, feels so modern and sculpted, and hoped for the same here 😅

I don't think you're really going to be able to see that during the actual parade, the video made it obvious because they were so zoomed in and showing the behind the scenes of it. And personally I also much prefer the look of starlight, dream lights and Spectro Magic where you can see the individual lights making up the float. Not that I don't like the paint the night look but I much prefer this.
