Everything about this parades looks incredible. Love seeing it. As for not seeing floats, I think they're just keeping some of it a surprise. Which I love. Can't wait!

No look or mention of the Royals unit makes me nervous that it’s been cut
Which would be a shame because it was a long unit and quite stunning.

Nothing that they announced has been cut during the costuming section. They specifically mentioned the Royal units and that those costumes were for the dancers in front of it.No look or mention of the Royals unit makes me nervous that it’s been cut

Yeah but Peter Pan is never really associated with the line of "rooftops of London", Mary Poppins is which makes me believe this is a 2 in 1 float. I do hope they fly though. It would be nice to see that effect be brought here from Tokyo.

It looks stylistically like older parades but using modern technology
And love that they mentioned the music was trying to combine influence from both Main St Electrical Parade and Spectro
Definitely feels more connected to them while Paint the Night is more its own thing - which is nice to have WDW and DLR have different things

It'll just be so nice to have a nighttime parade in Magic Kingdom again.
The Imagineering videos are not meant to be comprehensive previews. They're focused on the engineering. Thus, these videos will never show 'everything.'
It's kinda odd that anyone would expect them to, let alone deduce things not shown are 'cut.'

Rewatched and took this screenshot. Looks like the Royals unit is right before Coco. And you can see Moana behind that one.

One side has the logo or "Disney Starlight" text, the other side has the screen
On the theory of “rooftops on London” -
1. Tokyo did have a float that combined Mary Poppins and Peter Pan. It would be such a pleasant surprise if Mary was part of it and it would reference back to SpectroMagic too.
2. There are rooftops of London in the concept art so possibly Peter and Wendy are just purely “flying” over London.
I would love Mary to be part of this but I’m just not sure if they would do that.

Well, Paint the Night directly uses Baroque Hoedown for over half of its soundtrack, so it's connected to MSEP for sure
But I also love that WDW and DLR will have two different nighttime parades that have their own identity

It could just be the angle of the pictures but the floats do look very small. Larger floats looks so much better on MKs parade route which is a big win for FoF. Otherwise it does look great. Certainly does not come close to the amazing Dreamlights in Tokyo, and to be fair way different funding, but this is a big improvement over the PTN floats.

The only thing I don't like so far is that train is called Whimsy? Like just call him Casey Jr. Cause that's basically what he is. That's my only nit pick I have. Back to praise, the final floats looks absolutely incredible and this whole parade looks like the same style as dream lights.
It's either really TDL's DU Float, an exact copy of the DU Float or a whole Different Float.... At the May 27th Event, it was said that Tink would be with Peter and Wendy....
As for Royals. Fine if MK wants to keep that as a Surprise, and I'm glad we saw the Court Dancers on Main Street. However, I feel Royals should have been in the Lineup Talk! Now People expecting Royals will be confused by the Lineup WCI Gave!.....

3. The Kingdom of Rosas
4. The World of Encanto
5. Frozen and Elsa
6. The World of Coco

Could the royals float be part of the finale since their dancers are dressed similarly to Mickey and friends?

@ToTBellHop I'm assuming the Royals float has been tested on the parade route to make sure it can make all the turns required?
