Oh good, you're OK. I saw that a ferry sank in Indonesia and 38 people were missing and didn't know if maybe you were doing some sort of boat tour or something I came on to check on you!

It was a beautiful day today. I sat outside in a reclining chair for about an hour and a half in the late afternoon.

It was perfect. A lot of sun, some occasional shade from a passing cloud, a constant breeze. Ahhhhh.

No tunes. No books. Just me and the pup (doing her own thing), my thoughts, and the sound of the wind in the trees. It’s important to clear the cache sometimes.

It is Friday at 3pm and I am taking a break at a theme park...tries to copy Disney, Six Flags...a mixture of American Style stuff. Here is a photo of Ice Age but before here I enjoyed a ride that is shooting the laser gun at the targets in the moving vehicle. Same idea as Toy Story.

That sounds very relaxing!! There's a kind of foresty area near my house. There is an actual street there, but it's lined with trees and feels very secluded, and I love to go walk there in the shade and solitude, and see all the dogs who live in the houses. There's one who occassionally escapes his yard to come say high and he barks like an attack dog and then just comes up asking for some scritches, and he's a big sweetie. It's such a great recharge....nature, solitude, and dog scritches. Does it get better?
