Why?
Because it is very immersive. The door effect is great seeing my kids play roles and interact with a princess makes me smile and it takes me out of the real world which Hall of Presidents doesn't
Why?
Well, by this logic, there’s a whole lot of attractions that have to go before it.
Ahh! Say no more! You get to experience that attraction very differently than I do. That makes sense.seeing my kids play roles and interact with a princess makes me smile
I’m sad my daughters may not get to enjoy some of those things (Splash, riverboat) At least not in Florida, where we live.Ahh! Say no more! You get to experience that attraction very differently than I do. That makes sense.
Which is the point of having attractions for a variety of visitors - with young kids of course you’d rather see enchanted tales or ride the mermaid ride.
For me, hall of presidents, steam train, and riverboat are what bring me joy.

Its definitely accurate.New animatronic looks fantastic. Third times the charm.
I would add a competent SSE and Imagination! refurbishment, convert the Guardians ride system into something that fits EPCOT (If possible) and a worthy successor to RoE before I would consider it worthy. If they would admit the wrongs Epcot isn’t beyond hope yet - we got Harmonious thrown in the trash - let’s get that planter and broken lights replaced with a fountain and fiber optics again and we may just have an Epcot worthy of the name.
guardians to universe of energy is an easy fix since it’s almost all screens to begin with. Maybe they can bring back the Dino’s and put them in wonders of life?I would add a competent SSE and Imagination! refurbishment, convert the Guardians ride system into something that fits EPCOT (If possible) and a worthy successor to RoE before I would consider it worthy.
A better question is How is it possible to avoid politics altogether when we are talking about something literally called "The Hall Of Presidents"?
I agree. The President of the United States, whomever that is, represents the United States for the length of their term. Whether you voted for that individual or not, they are a figurehead for our country and have been selected by a majority of Americans to be one of the few men (as of now) who have served in that position. It’s very possible and in fact quite easy
Grest comment! I would add that basing their park decisions solely on a popularity contest is not leadership. That’s how you get mind boggling decisions like ripping out Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer island. These things need to be viewed like the castle as part of the ambiance of the park.Ahh! Except all but one of those attractions are already being replaced or are too small to do much with. Here are the other attractions rated the same or lower than HoP.Well, by this logic, there’s a whole lot of attractions that have to go before it.
This, and the fact that it’s an attraction at a theme park for families, that’s more about history (good and bad) and edutainment. It’s not my particular cup of tea because I loathe politics and am a non-participant, but i love learning about history and I respect what Walt was trying to do. He probably added a bit of nationalistic flair into this particular attraction, but regardless, this is to discuss the attraction itself not the stupid political garbage of this today that one is surrounded by day in and day out.I agree. Whether you agree or disagree with the person selected, is an entirely different topic and does not have to overlap with the fact that these are the people that are members of a particular group.
because there is no need to remove it? MK has plenty of space to add attractions with needing to close/replace HoPPutting aside personal feelings for a moment, what reason does Disney have to keep it?

Putting aside personal feelings for a moment, MK NEEDS as many attractions open as is possible for capacity.Putting aside personal feelings for a moment, what reason does Disney have to keep it?
True. They shouldn’t be replacing attractions at WDW given the availability of land and should be doing predominantly additions.Same logic also applies to practically every attraction at WDW that's been closed/replaced/rethemed.
Sure, but many of us our talking about what we believe Disney will do, not what we want them to do. From that point of view, it makes a ton of sense to replace it down the line.because there is no need to remove it? MK has plenty of space to add attractions with needing to close/replace HoP
As I wouldn't expect an announcement until at the earliest D23 2026 and then at least another year or so of operation while they finalize the project, I don't see how this is an issue.Putting aside personal feelings for a moment, MK NEEDS as many attractions open as is possible for capacity.
Also, there is nothing better than a seated, air conditioned, dark attraction on a hot day in MK for obvious reasons..... Ahhhh....... Zzzzzzzzz.
