I understand, but unfortunately there are a lot of idiots on both sides of the political spectrum who are going to cause scenes as long as this attraction is presented in this format. If they are going to keep it, they should return to the original format of having only Lincoln speak.

There is no speech anymore. Just the oath of office. I think that's a good compromise. Other than that, only
Washington and Lincoln speak.

Idk why, but I’ve got a very weak hunch that the opening day audio system from 1971 might be a smidge behind in quality compared to what is currently there 53+ years later.

To be fair - the new audio (I think it started in the Obama years? But not entirely sure) is designed and mixed poorly compared to other AA shows. It’s not about the quality of the system - it’s the audio design and mix itself.

At the very least the tie... That tie is completely unlike him, which is weird considering how accurate the AAs are for modern presidents, outfit wise.

Also, did they release any videos or information about the refurbishment? I just know they put out stuff about their projects from time to time.
