Visions Fantastic: An Imagineering Competition Hype Thread

Guys, have you heard the news that was shared earlier this morning?

I love how every bit of Disney news that has been coming out recently has been permits for stuff they might make...eventually...like next decade...maybe...

It's really pathetic that their turn around time to even START construction on something they announced is literally about five freaking years, meanwhile pretty much all of Epic was announced, constructed, and fully operating between 2019 and now.

With the game starting tomorrow, if anyone not signed up would like to be a guest reviewer, I'd love to have you participate! (There is also technically one spot available if we have any absolute last minute sign-up)
Once again, I’m here to guest judge if needed.

Y'all, I don't wish to dampen your excitement, but this information is not new.

This is the same exact plan that was made in 2010, it was just renewed. The text of the plan says that, according to their agreements, they're not even allowed to begin working on another park until 2035 at the earliest.

I love how...

...they briefly played a snippet of "It's Fun to Be Free" when the narrators name-dropped it. And overall, the prominent use of practical sets did give off that World of Motion vibe; as did the big projection dome before the speed portion.

Just booked the December 5th Islands of Adventure Orlando Informer event, much to the dismay of my bank account. Very stoked though. I was really hoping they'd be having one during my trip, it's been a bucket list item for me since I first heard about them
