This is a misleading headline. The planning documents allow for a 5th park just like they have for the past 15 years, doesn't mean that there is actually a plan or even a desire to build one.

This is a misleading headline. The planning documents allow for a 5th park just like they have for the past 15 years, doesn't mean that there is actually a plan or even a desire to build one.

What it means is that in the unlikely event that someone decides, "gee, let's build another empty park", they can say that it was in the plans. If they never build one all they have to say is that we covered it in the event we all had a collective massive brain leak and decided to do it. That said, however, this topic is being beat to a literal war in the Ready Creek thread. Check it out and draw your own conclusions.
