I mean they could technically keep Nemo show and build out around that theme. Though I wouldn't want a single IP Nemo-based land. Oceanic expands it a little. Is there enough space to add other attractions around it?
Again, I don't think it really matters. Grand Avenue in HS is nothing more than Baseline Taphouse and Hydraulics now. They could put in a more permanent food/drink kiosk similar to Hydraulics behind the theatre and next to the restrooms and call the area "Oceanic" or whatever.

Nemo themed lounge ... Only over 21 of course, and to keep with the theme after you are done you have to go find your kids which cast members have hidden somewhere in the park

Everything matters.
Alright then. It matters that Nemo is based in Australia, not Tropical Americas. It matters that it's closer to Asia and could be incorporated into Asia. Just call the walkway "The EAC" for the theatre only being in-between. The walkway could have items on it to signify being on a current between Asia and Tropical Americas. Done.

something completely different, and no idea if it would work ...

could they move the UP! A Great Bird Adventure to that theater (fits more with Tropical Americas location wise anyway) and then do something different where the bird show currently is?
Would it be adventurous to move Wilderness Explorers to Tropical Americas? Or make it a Wilderness Explorers Theater? Then transition to Paradise Falls closer to Tropical America mainland?

Brilliant. This needs to happen.

That would be fun. Could even make it an amalgamation of properties, have them introduce some friends they encountered on their adventures and have Encanto, Moana, even reuse some of the Finding Nemo stuff. Kinda like the MK stage show but for more on theme IP

I heard that they're moving the Adventure's Club into the Nemo theater.

You joke but you make a good argument. If we're just armchairing at this point it wouldn't exactly feel out of place to do just that. Especially if they were to lean into an S.E.A. themed land. A concept they were so close to perfecting before pulling the plug. Making the theater a more generalized Adventure theme, based on S.E.A. would allow them to inject non-IP attractions as well, a needed return.

It's the perfect pairing for Indiana Jones, and it would be a MONEY MAKER for the park if they made it into a ADR or tapas bar.

Not a lot of great options. I think Encanto (pink) would take away any possible expansion in that direction... In theory you could bulldoze ROL seats and expand into the lagoon a little (red). Finally you could build another bridge to the base of Everest but you would be in it's shadow.

You're right. The only attractions that come close to being equal between DL and MK are SM and HM. They're the best clone-non-clone effort. The rest fall short or have lacked the care and love (BTMR, which is about to be GREAT again).
It was Walt’s original park so it’s fair to say that.

However let’s not discount all the Imagineers who worked tirelessly to get WDW open. I don’t understand this constant need to belittle these parks.

Just enjoy them for the what they are.

Odd take, why would they not need Nemo?
With zootopia, Encanto, the carousel and Indy open I could see that being a good time to retire Nemo. DAK doesn’t necessarily need 3 live theatre shows.

I’ve only seen the show once after they redid it - I’m not against it but I don’t think the current version is really that great.

Understood. However, I grew up going to WDW and didn't visit DL until I was 26. Maybe of the rides I came to love at WDW we're instantly downgraded in my mind, making me kinda mad. The appreciation for the 'little' park in the middle of Anaheim went up considerably. I'm not belittling MK at all, or mad at anyone, just disappointed.
