They're so haphazardly drilled that I wonder what the timeline for replacement is. This feels like someone said "drill it down so it'll last us 6 weeks and we don't have to close it off before (insert something) happens". It's one of the sloppiest of overnight patch jobs I've ever seen.
They're also destroying the product that they just replaced and there's massive chipping/fragments around where the screws have been drilled. And if it was meant to be a long term solution, one would hope they would place white tipped screws uniformly at the end of each piece instead of what we're seeing
