Granted, it was 10 years ago, but I remember us enjoying them.
Carolyn and I don’t drink coffee, although all 3 of our kiddos do, but I don’t remember any complaints. Again, 10 years ago.
I have a love-hate relationship with powdered sugar…love the taste, but it’s usually a messy PITA.
I shook off most of the powdered sugar.

We had the below pictured beignets at Scat Cats Club Cafe in POFQ, on our June/July trip last year, and really enjoyed them. Again, I ended up shaking off most of the powdered sugar, but they were still really soft, light, airy and tasty…!!!!! :hungry:

Speaking about beignets which I loved in New Orleans I missed the breakfast buffet $11.95 24 years ago at Port Orleans which included grilled steak and beignets. It was the real deal.
