Photopass retrieval from more than one year ago

I unfortunately lost a flash drive with my backups from last year and am missing a gap from january through april 2024 that I can't download at this point. Has anyone had luck with them retrieving older photos linked to your account? I assume I'm not the only person who has ever screwed this up. Also, if you had any luck did they need specific reservation information to help look things up? I tend to use different MB each day so I hope those ID numbers wouldn't be necessary.

When you say lost do you mean it died or you actually don't know where it is... because you can get some data off dead flash drives if you are willing to pay... but I'm afraid you will be SOL on getting anything that old from Disney.

Unfortunately it's missing as opposed to corrupted
