Well this annoys me because even my own sources had it wrong! Not a horrendous decision though...

If the DreamCast parade would be an operational nightmare if it went from Frontierland to Main Street, then why isn't FoF and the Christmas and Halloween parades an operational nightmare since they step off in Frontierland?

Large numbers of guests aren’t leaving the park or getting fireworks spots after FOF. Party nights have lower attendance.

There is. But it’s nowhere near as large. And you’re not moving those guests in the dark. Remember if the parade starts in Frontierland all of those guests will be trying to head down mainstreet and exit while the lights are still off.

In case anyone was wondering, it looks like Starlight will be scheduled along with FOF which only goes to Aug 2nd ATM. So every month, we'll get Starlight Times and Hours extended.

Wonder why HEA, Lum. and F! is and a continuous Schedule post and everything else isn't?

Starlight will only run for a month or so before it stops during party days.

Correct. They'd have to invest in some walls akin to the east bypass if they wanted that option, and even then, they'd have to filter everyone through the car barn.

I would think there would be brakes in Starlight for Parade Crosswalks.....

They’ve used it before without walls. I believe they will again too.

I guess they could use it for 20 minutes after HEA and still allow time for the second parade to stage. Just hold it back behind frontierland.

Why doesn't MK Wall off the West Bypass to the Car Barn??? There's enough Walls coming to MK July 7th, surely MK has Extra......

When I saw Paint the Night in DLP last month, I found it odd that there were huge gaps between some of the floats. I made the observation in the DLR section of this forum. I was reliably told that is because it allows people to get through at different stages of the parade. The same could occur with this parade. If you're standing just outside the Emporium next to the Car Barn, for example, CMs could let guests through in one of the purposely created gaps in order to exit the park. The gap would continue up MS, allowing guests to cross from left to right to get out of the park, and so on.
