They could have left Muppets there, who's to say that the Muppets don't exist in the Monsters universe?
They want a new show. Just like they did for HISTA and ITTBAB.They could have left Muppets there, who's to say that the Muppets don't exist in the Monsters universe?
Rise is halfway gone and Star Tours is totally missing
Well, don't just leave us hanging. Pray tell, why do you think that?
If Star Tours doesn’t end up rethemed to Incredibles by 2030 I’ll be very surprised. They’re getting a little ahead of themselves but let’s check back on where things stand in a year or two with Star Tours
Sort of. The facade was more closely tied to Castro. And it's not "The Globe", it's just "Globe" .The facade doesn't match the name or vice versa. It does however more closely align with "The Blob" but that's not ideal either. I'd have preferred a different name or sticking with the original name, fitting the theater's blade sign.Monstro was a play on the famous Castro theater.
The Glob is a play on The Globe, the famous Shakespearean theater.
Looks more like a combo of the what we thought was the Animation Courtyard concept art when this was announced, with the courtyard in front of the door coaster.Updated concept art from the construction wall

Correct. Either a splash play area (no water management permit so unlikely) or play ground. Note it's placement compared to the former AC artwork.Yeah thinking it's just extended queue space. @ᗩLᘿᑕ ֊ᗩζᗩᗰ - you say no?
With nuDisney and this current crop of unImagineers, what do you think? The quality of this land will depend on the little details that can enhance the world building. Will they phone it in, or will they have as many (if not more) charming details as the original Muppets section? Make it feel like it’s truly lived in.
It does bug me that they spent so much time stripping the theming from the Muppets (even in the extended queue) to make the area more neutral and realistic just to bring it all back for Monsters. I hope the new Muppets RnRC is full of bright colors and lots of theming, otherwise it’ll be clear that Disney really does hate the Muppets.I like the new look for the theater more. And that we're getting a more detailed fountain than just an eyeballView attachment 863884
I thought the play area was gonna be a nice addition when it was shown in the original concept art. Happy to see it's back, it's definitely needed at DHS.Correct. Either a splash play area (no water management permit so unlikely) or play ground. Note it's placement compared to the former AC artwork.
I hope so. That current show exit would flood this courtyard with people every 15 minutes.Edit - They may be directing the exit to the show towards that Courtyard too with the pathway to the right of the door coaster entrance?
