Its delicious! And the best part super easy!
Just be sure not to overdo it with the stuffing topping as it can dry it out.

Busy Wednesday so I made Turkey Bacon BLTA's with Broccoli Cheddar soup and fruit salad. Decided to make it a little fancy and turned the bacon into lattice patties so it would fit perfectly on the slices of bread.

I like liverwurst just a few times a year, and I also put cheese with it (usually Swiss). It's been hard to find liverwurst, due to the recall and discontinuation of it, from Boar's Head some months ago. What brand do you buy?
