You know what's funny?
Halfsies.You buying?
Halfsies.You buying?
Aren’t you on your way to Japan? What goes up is sure to come down.
Nah. Need to save up a bit for those flights.Aren’t you on your way to Japan?![]()
I'm sure they were just responding to the commentary with what they emphasized now. People upset about X? Make sure your next update smooths that over. Did plans actually change? Who knows.. but the old is old.. so not worth much thought.I have a hard time believing Disney didn’t adjust their plans for Piston Peak to include more water due to the backlash.
And also discuss the changes on a discussion board!Either you move on, and stop supporting Disney if it bothers you, or you suck it up and realize the world is a changing, every day.

Unfortunately that counts as discussion for some people.
Sorry…. I wasn’t talking about the off topic stuff like splash and pirates - I just meant the discussion about cars moving into Frontierland etc. It's one thing to discuss changes, it's another to discuss the SAME THING that has been said since 2020, in a thread that has nothing to do with that conversation. Going in circles, saying nothing new.
I will sorely feel the loss.Water is cheap, covers up a lot of other problems and still keeps views. That’s all. There is not a meaningful portion of people who are going to look at MK and say “huh this river is not as big as it used to be, I didn’t enjoy my time and/or I’ve decided not to come back” There’s still water in multiple places in Magic Kingdom with this plan
Deal.Halfsies.
We don’t have to like every change. That’s why we have a voice: to communicate. It’s healthy and fair to express criticism of changes. Not every change is for the better. Change for the sake of change is not good.Okay this is a nonsense conversation, that has been had over and over again.
We get it.
The truth of the matter is simple. Disney is going to what they feel like doing, based on what they think is in the best interest of the company.
Whether that’s remove Splash and wipe SOTS off the face of the planet, or remove ROA, or whatever.
Either you move on, and stop supporting Disney if it bothers you, or you suck it up and realize the world is a changing, every day.
Disney seems to find new space for DVC but the actual parks it's rip something out and replace or leave it empty. With 25,000 acres you would think park expansion would be a no brainer
So DLR just confirmed a new E Ticket going into DCA, a very landlocked park, and it is not replacing anything. Why can’t WDW do the same?
