@D Hulk the caveman in the Skyglider is absolutely the objectively correct answer to the Best Themed Infrastructure question and I feel dumb for not thinking of it. 10/10, no notes.

For an attraction that exceeded my expectations I'm going to have to go with Knott's Berry Tales: Return to the Fair. I pretty much couldn't stand Voyage to the Iron Reef and thought it was an absolute mess of a shooting dark ride, so while I thought bringing back Berry Tales was cool in theory I wasn't really excited about the prospect of it being a shooting dark ride due to Iron Reef being such a turkey. The attraction ended up becoming one of my favorite rides of its type especially with rerides. I think it's got a great mix of practical effects with screens (certainly WAAAY better than Iron Reef in that regard), splatting the pies is just super satisfying from a gameplay perspective, and you've gotta love that sweet, sweet Boysenberry scent.

For the coaster, it's gotta be Velocicoaster hands down. It's so above and beyond anything else I've ever ridden that it almost doesn't feel fair to compare them. Tatsu has the intensity, Mako has the air time, Cannibal has the crazy inversions. Velocicoaster takes all the stand out elements of my previous top three and just runs with it. The fact that people are saying Stardust Racers has even more airtime is crazy, and I'm trying hard not to get my expectations set too high for that thing. I'd be more into RMCs if it weren't for the restraints, which as a tall bulky guy are easily some of the worst and least accommodating in the industry. They give fantastic rides, but they're hard to marathon.

Question of the Day

In honor of another scrapped prompt where players would’ve designed a new version of Galaxy’s Edge for one of the foreign Disney parks…

If you are a Star Wars fan, who is your favorite Star Wars character. If you are not a Star Wars fan, who is your favorite character from your franchise of choice?

As a gigantic Star Wars fan myself, I’ve always found myself drawn to Hondo Ohnaka as my personal favorite, though R2-D2 was a childhood favorite and is still my favorite droid, and recently I’ve been a very big Saw Gerrera fan as I feel like his story has been massively expanded on to explain why the man is nuts by Rogue One

Not a Star Wars guy and this isn't really that wide spread of a franchise, but I'll give some love to my girl Nani (Yes, I am still freaking bitter about the live action remake ;) :p ) I adore how completely and totally real they made her. Were probably never going to get a Disney heroine ever again who's just a working class woman struggling to keep her head above water. She's easily among my all time favorite animated characters. I don't care if the plot points in the remake are more palatable if you actually watch the movie, I still think they absolutely did her dirty.

I love Plo Koon, the Jedi Master. I should note, I never got into Clone Wars, so I just like Plo Koon because of my imagined adventures he had. He just is a really cool looking alien.

From the MCU which is way more in line with what this question is looking for, I'd definitely say I have a very big soft spot in my heart for Rocket Raccoon. His story is entirely why Guardians Volume Three is my favorite movie in the entirety of the MCU and it just really speaks to me as the fellow "broken, struggling, but still plugging along with my found family" weirdo that I am. I have a Stitch tattoo on my right shoulder and would love to get Rocket for the left shoulder eventually. As soon as the opening chords to Creep came on to the image of baby Rocket's eyes at the start of Volume 3, I knew that movie was going to absolutely DESTROY me

I suppose I better say I’m a Star Wars fan if I’m having my Rise of the Resistance travel mug shipped back from Mammoth Cave. I’ll go with C-3PO. Gotta love a nervous humanoid!

Well today is the end of MuppetVision 3-D and as heartbreaking as it is, I think we should all enjoy the glorious three hour finale.

In honor of this sad farewell and now that we know Rock N Roller Coaster is going Muppets:

What Disney Attraction (aside from RNRC) should be permanently rethemed to the muppets?

I'm pretty much spoiling what I'm going to say in my latest "How I would improve WDW' thread, but honestly, I'd replace The Hall of Presidents with a more elaborate and expanded version of the Great Moments in History show. In fact, that's been one of the big rumors as to what could replace that show, anyway.

And on a side note, maybe this is just my desperate optimism talking, but I really do think Muppet*Vision will return at some point; to be played at the Sunset Showcase. Practically everyone has been saying that Unfairly Ever After is just a temporary thing until Villains Land opens; and quite a few of the reviews I've seen of it have mentioned that the show has a strong temporary feeling to it; so it's not that hard to imagine that Muppet*Vision could legitimately return.
