Oahu 2025 Photos

I apparently don't have the attention span to sit down and write a full trip report. But I took lots of photos on Oahu. Rather than posting them to the CCT, I thought I'd make a separate thread.

I stayed partially in Waikiki and partially at Aulani.

I have been before, but this was my first time with my own rental car (before I went with my parents and they had one).

Please feel free to ask questions.

This was over at Waikiki at the Hilton. I was looking for filming locations from the new Lilo and Stitch, and this was one.


Also the famous Duke statue. I went bike riding down Waikiki (10/10 recommend) and stopped to look.

And here we are at the Aulani, aka, Stitch central.

I do love how Aulani features Hawaiian culture. Most hotels don't bother. I loved this exhibit. Moana vibes.

They did have several at Aulani. There's one under a phone, there's one in an elevator, and there's one that when you walk by, it has the HM effect of looking like it's staring at you.

Story time:

My father cannot pronounce any words in foreign languages. Even English is sometimes hard for him. Anyway, he pointed to a menehune one time and referred to it as "the menu man."

That is now what they are known as in our family.

Reminds me a lot of the Pacific Coast. Beautiful!
